Celebrate Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, with something a little bit different - a few sea dips and a private sauna session with Nomadic Sauna on Kingston Beach, Southwick (the other side of Worthing, along the A27).

Nomadic Sauna is a traditional wood-fired sauna by the sea, offering private and community sessions for everyone. We're booking individually into the communitty sauna session at 10am on 22nd December, Winter Solstice for 1 hour, in-between/before/after we'll dip in the sea. Nestled in between Portslade + Shoreham is Kingston Beach in Southwick – a man-made harbour where the River Adur meets the ocean. A great place to swim all winter when swells can be big along the coast, the harbour is protected from the wind + provides a safe swimming haven.
