About the event

This will best be done on the train from Chichester into London.  We'll take you on a guided tour of some of London's finest watery habitats. Tooting Bec Lido is closed for refurb, so we're currently looking at the Serpentine to get that full London vibe!  Then it's on the tube (with some walking in-between) up to Kentish Town to Parliament Lido. First opened in 1938, Parliament Hill Lido in north London is an unheated open air swimming pool, open to members of the public 365 days a year. Operated by the Corporation of London, the pool is 200 x 90 feet (61 m × 27 m).  And then a lovely walk up Hamstead Heath to the Hampsted Heath/Kenwood Ladies Pond, or if we have gentlemen with us, then either we split ladies/mens ponds or go into the mix (or all 3!!). Logistics will all be worked out for you including checking if pre-booking is important and what train we'll all get together.  You'll just pay for everything yourself and you'll be guided free of charge! We'll advise you how much each entry costs, where applicable, well in advance and also if we need to book any of them. More details to follow, but for now, it's save the date!
