March Gathering - Bathe For The Brave & Picture Palace Chichester
Time & Location
About the Event
We didn't have anything in the calendar for March other than a Bathe For The Brave, but in the back of my mind I always wanted to organise a trip to the Picture Palace in Chichester. For those of you who haven't heard of it, it's a beautiful vintage crafted Shepherds Hut which has been adapted for a personal cinema experience! The Society has paid for the hire of it, so all you need to do it sign up! It only takes 13 people I'm afraid, so it's first come first served. We can take in our own drinks (no glass) and nibbles (nothing too sticky!) so feel free to bring along anything you fancy. It's hired from 10.30am to 1.30pm and the film showing will be one of my all time top favourite sea-themed movies - The Big Blue. I'll be in touch about pooling lifts for those who RSVP.
Bathe For The Brave
Anyone who wants a swim, come to Clayton Road at 9am for a 9.40am departure to Chichester. I have room for another 3 in my car. We'll finish just in time for the rugby apparently...:)
