About the event
December Bathe For The Brave for those of you still dipping at this time of year. It'll be a quick in and out, but that's all you need to get those endorphins flooding through your body and your immunity boost for the day/week. Wear hats, gloves, booties - whatever makes it more pleasureable for you whilst the sea temperature is colder now and bring a little something to drink afterwards to warm you up!
