The Spring Equinox arrives and is a liminal way-marker, a balance of day and night and welcomes in the season of renewal, energy, and immersion. More people than ever are turning to wild waters for connection. Swimming in cold water (wild) swimming is not about athletic prowess or ability, it's about the impact it has on those who honour the frequent ritual of immersion. It’s not about pushing, it is about experiencing. So if you're feeling brave, but not been dipping throughout the winter, why not set your alarm that bit earlier and come and dip a toe in and experience the birth of this special day together on the stunning Selsey shoreline.
Sunrise will be at 6.04am and we will dip together at that point.
